Baby's Coming Home -- Jerry Reed

Introduction

Baby's Coming Home was written by Jerry Reed. Chet Atkins listed this as one of his favorite compositions in several recordings I reviewed, and he also played this song on acoustic and electric guitars (at different times). A number of arrangements of this song can be found online, the current arrangement is mostly Chet, with a few alterations for my hands.

The song is fairly straightforward, there are a couple of rapid position changes, an area that requires a tricky change and a flourish. It's a lot of fun to play.

The arrangement is based off of this version of a Chet Atkins performance.
