Pilot Media is moving forward with plans to develop a LALE (Low Altitude, Long Endurance) aircraft for water-based search and rescue, powered with Machine Learning algorithms to enhance search effectiveness. Currently, we are working on implementing YOLO, training the model will start in the new year.
YOLO is an acronym for "You Only Look Once." It is an Artificial Intelligence package (software) that allows computers to learn and improve their accuracy over time. YOLO is built on Google technology (Tensor Flow) and is currently considered among the most efficient algorithms for object detection.
